Most backyards get used a few times a year… this one becomes the reason people come over.
It starts with dinner on the brick kitchen, turns into drinks around the fire, and before you know it, no one wants to leave.
No reservations. No going out. This is the plan.
Set in historic Haddonfield, every detail was built to pull you outside — from the custom brick kitchen to the firepit lounge, all grounded by rich mahogany decking and wrapped in thermal bluestone.
This isn’t just a backyard… it’s your new standard of living.
If you’ve been thinking about upgrading your space — this is what it should feel like ❤️

This home was sinking… and it was misdiagnosed. 😳
The previous assessment didn’t catch the real issue, and the wrong fixes were attempted. Water kept coming through the foundation, and the homeowner was left unsure what to do next.
That’s where we stepped in. We carefully diagnosed the problem, designed a proper repair plan, and are in the process of stabilizing the foundation before the damage gets worse.
Foundation problems are serious — they don’t fix themselves, and the wrong repair can cost thousands more down the road. Seeing the warning signs early and acting fast is the difference between a small repair and a major structural disaster.
Watch and see our process … and learn why proper foundation repair matters.
Have you ever had a repair misdiagnosed? Share your story in the comments — let’s talk about it.

This project in Haddonfield, New Jersey was all about scale, structure, and timeless design.
We transformed this backyard into a fully integrated outdoor living space using Techo-Bloc products throughout. The light grey field tones paired with deep charcoal accents create contrast and definition, giving the entire layout depth and movement.
Because this is a large space, every section had to feel intentional. The main gathering area, the transitions, the seating zones — all designed to flow naturally together.
Precision installation makes the difference. Tight lines, clean cuts, and a pattern that feels refined without being busy.
Integrated drainage is built directly into the design, so water management works without ever being seen.
This isn’t just a patio.
It’s a space built to live in.

How should a well-built outdoor space perform after 3 winters?
Completed just before Valentine’s Day in 2023 ♥️ because quality should outlast trends.
Custom brick masonry and Bluestone seating. A fire pit built with intention and craftsmanship. 3 years later, it’s still solid, still inviting, and still doing exactly what it was built to do.
A black rock drainage system is seamlessly integrated along the bench seating, managing stormwater while preserving the integrity of the space.
Designed and built for homeowners who value longevity.

$600K later… this Moorestown front yard finally makes sense.
A full front-yard transformation designed to improve circulation, maximize driveway space, and set the tone for the entire property.
Then things got interesting.
Wetland buffers + soil testing uncovered hydric soils and a depleted matrix — forcing us to rethink everything.
What do you change?
What do you keep?
And how do you move forward without costly mistakes?
Part 2 breaks down the decisions that matter most.
Stay tuned.

First milestone completed and it feels so good. What started as a couple of engineering courses at Rutgers University in 2022 turned into continued education and the pursuit of a degree in construction management and engineering. When I first attended college at 18, I quit during my 2nd semester. I honestly thought school just wasn’t for me. But my grandmother was big on education and never stopped encouraging me to earn my degree one day ❤️
This certificate is just the beginning 👨🎓

Lawn drainage issues on a new home build are never something to guess your way through.
In this case, resolving the problem the right way meant collaboration. We worked directly with the engineer representing the homeowner and coordinated with the township engineer to fully understand site conditions, grading requirements, and stormwater regulations.
Once everyone was aligned, we were able to identify the root cause of the drainage issue and design a solution that not only fixes the immediate problem, but also meets municipal standards and protects the home long-term.
Proper drainage isn’t just about moving water—it’s about doing it correctly, legally, and sustainably so the issue doesn’t resurface down the road.
This is the difference between a quick fix and a permanent solution 💧

This land looks flat and empty — but it’s already designed to handle stormwater.
Before construction starts, we’re shaping the topography and directing runoff through swales into rain gardens so water infiltrates back into the ground instead of creating standing water issues later.
This project is coming soon — and it’s a good example of how rain gardens work when they’re part of the overall drainage design, not just decoration.
